Amendment to Appointment of a Commissioner for Te Tii School (1112)

Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby amend the notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Te Tii School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 May 2010, No. 52, page 1447) and appoint Chris Saunders as commissioner.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Te Tii School are vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
