Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the East Coast Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Gisborne District Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Declaration That Land is Reserve—Froude Park, Shakespeare Street, Cambridge, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the council on 20 July 2010:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
