Pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), Richard Burge and Benjamin Blackler were appointed joint and several liquidators of ST LAURENCE ALBANY LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 27 August 2010 at 12.31pm.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The directors having passed a resolution of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, it is not intended to call a further meeting of shareholders or a meeting of creditors.
