Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Shaun Neil Adams and Ian Charles Thursfield, hereby give notice that on 19 August 2010 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named companies pursuant to general security agreements dated the 2nd day of October 2008, 19th day of October 2007 and 19th day of October 2007 respectively.

The short description of property charged under the general security agreement is all present and after-acquired personal property.

We hereby also give notice that on 19 August 2010 we were appointed joint and several receivers of income of the properties situated at 673, 675, 679, 685 and 689 Great South Road, Otahuhu, being more particularly described in certificates of title 9C/490, 9C/492, 9C/487, 9C/486, 9C/485, 9C/484 (North Auckland Land Registry), and all rights attaching to the properties and to exercise under the mortgages, under any of the facility terms (as defined in the mortgage) or by the Receiverships Act 1993. The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the properties, dated the 12th day of May 2005.
