Osteopathic Council (Fees Amendment) Notice 2010
Pursuant to Part 6, section 130(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“HPCA Act”), the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Osteopathic (Fees Amendment) Notice 2010.
(2) This notice, to gazette changed practising certificate fees, comes into force on 1 October 2010.

Fees—The Osteopathic Council sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees are exclusive of goods and services tax.

Revocation—This notice revokes all previous Osteopathic Council (Fees) Notices.
Schedule
Fees Payable $
Application for an annual practising certificate if practising for:
– Full year 600.00
– October to March 300.00
– January to March 150.00
– 3-month locum only 150.00
Application for registration 600.00
Registration re-establishment (after removal) 600.00
Application to sit examination or re-sit examination (includes $250.00 non-refundable component if an assessment of an applicant’s qualifications does not permit the applicant to sit the examination) 4,000.00
Application for examination review 1,000.00
Inactive registrant’s fee 133.00
Processing inactive registrant’s CPD return 133.00
Western Medical Acupuncture Scope of Practice
Registration Fee (must be registered as an osteopath) 150.00
Registration application under the grandfathering process (must be registered as an osteopath) 400.00
Application for an annual practising certificate if practising for:
– Full year 300.00
– October to March 150.00
– January to March 75.00
– 3-month locum only 75.00

Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Notice 2010
Pursuant to sections 130 to 133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
This notice is effective from 1 October 2010 and revokes and replaces all previous Pharmacy Council of New Zealand fees notices.

Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Notice 2010 and shall come into force on 1 October 2010.
