By resolution of the Auckland Regional Council at its meeting held on 28 June 2010, and pursuant to section 24 of the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004, the council reappointed

as a director and deputy chair of Auckland Regional Holdings for a term from 1 July 2010 to 31 October 2010.

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be an Ecological Area and Adding the Land to an Existing Ecological Area

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that part of Victoria Forest Park described in the Schedule to be ecological area and further adds the ecological area to the Big River Ecological Area, subject to the provisions of the Act.
