Land Transfer Act Notice

The owners of land adjoining the bank of Kopu Creek Old Stream Bed in the District of Thames-Coromandel have applied to me to bring the dry bed of the Kopu Creek under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their names.

Land Registration District: South Auckland.

Application: 8509624.2.

Applicants: Kincraft Properties Limited and Eileen Myrtle Whitham, care of Miller Poulgrain, PO Box 711, Thames 3540.

Land Applied for: 5874 and 4640 square metres, more or less, shown on LT 424818, being part of the former bed of Kopu Creek Old Stream Bed, adjoining part Lots 3 and 10 and Lots 4–7, 9 Block 10 DP 358 and Lot 1 DPS 13112 and Section 1 SO 410155 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers SA625/50 and 468118 in the District of Thames-Coromandel.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 20 September 2010.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Take notice that on 6 August 2010 MARAC Finance Limited (“the mortgagee”) entered into possession of:

1986 Bundaberg Alloy Boats Commercial Passenger Catamaran “Kawau Kat IV” (MSA No. 10932) owned by the debtor and operated in the Waitemata Harbour and Hauraki Gulf.

The vessel is secured to the mortgagee under a general security deed granted by the debtor and dated the 3rd day of February 2006.
