Amendment to the New Zealand Rules of Racing

Pursuant to sections 29 to 32 of the Racing Act 2003, notice is given that the New Zealand Rules of Racing have been amended as follows:

343 – inserted

This amendment will come into effect from 8 February 2010.

The New Zealand Rules of Racing can be viewed on the New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Incorporated website http://www.nzracing.co.nz or copies can be inspected free of charge or purchased at the New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Incorporated, 106–110 Jackson Street, Petone, Wellington.

On 14 September 2009, an application for putting LASCALA PROPERTIES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday 15 February 2010 at 10.45am.
A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
