Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of CEREBRAL PALSY SOCIETY TRUSTEE SERVICES LIMITED (a company that ceased trading in June 2009):

The sum of $16,891.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by the directors of CEREBRAL PALSY SOCIETY TRUSTEE SERVICES LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to CEREBRAL PALSY SOCIETY TRUSTEE SERVICES LIMITED, subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 20 February 2010.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Gough Finance Limited (“the mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 13 January 2010, it entered into possession of property subject to security agreements dated as below:

The secured property is described as:

  • 2003 Komatsu PC220 Hydraulic Excavator, S/N 21553 (28 February 2003).
  • 2004 Hino FS1ELP Truck, Registration No.: CNJ193, VIN JHDFS1ELPXX (6 April 2005).
  • 2005 Komatsu WA380-5H Wheel Loader, H51019; and
  • 2005 Guy Norris Engineering 4ATT27-6.7 Trailer, Registration No.: F129L, VIN 7A8H9000205805035 (25 August 2005).

The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to these goods is 24–26 Amyes Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8042. Postal Address: PO Box 16168, Hornby, Christchurch 8441.
