1. Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. ...).
2. Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.
3. Amendment of Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997
Schedule 1 amends the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997.

School Establishment
Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby establish a Year 1–8 school, to be known as Hingaia School, at Hingaia Road, Papakura District.
The school will open for instruction at all year levels in term one, 2012.

Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 March 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Christopher McNay in respect of Fit Kidz Porirua (60082), situated at 2 Parumoana Street, Porirua.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
