Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage 7004199.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifier NA133A/389 ("the mortgage"):

GE Custodians ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage)
hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of
the mortgaged land described below with effect from
23 December 2009.

The description of the mortgaged land is Apartment 2P,
10 Crown Lynn Place, New Lynn, Auckland, being
a stratum estate in freehold being Unit 2P and Accessory
Units 67 and 108 DP 204464 and being all the land
comprised and described in Identifier NA133A/389 (North
Auckland Land Registry).
