The Companies Act 1993

On 17 December 2009, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that MASTERTON LAND LIMITED and MASTERTON EARLY LEARNING CENTRE LIMITED be liquidated and that Grant Barry Meikle, chartered accountant of Nelson, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidations commenced on 17 December 2009 at 11.00am.

The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts.

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of each resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
