Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued and existing estates and interests determined unless caveat forbidding that is lodged with me on or before 9 September 2009.

Application: 8151024.1.

Applicants: Jurjen de Vries and Antje Joukje de Vries, c/o Allen Needham & Co, 52 Canada Street, Morrinsville.

Description: An estate in fee simple, being part Allotment 268 Ngaroto Parish, being balance of the land contained in Computer Freehold Register SA22/71 South Auckland Land District. The registered proprietors of the above-named land are The Reverend John Golden, John Cummins and Michael Turney and the land is situated at McFall Road.
