Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for justice purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Vesting Reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose.
