Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

To: Kenneth Raymond Valentine, of Nelson, and Sherwood Trustees Limited, of Nelson (currently named Shore Crane Limited), being the owners of the property at 510 Main Road, Riwaka.

FM Custodians Limited, being the mortgagee of the above-mentioned property, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of that property on the grounds that Kenneth Raymond Valentine and Sherwood Trustees Limited are in default under a mortgage of that property to FM Custodians Limited.

1. The mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged property on 26 June 2009.
