Declaring Specially Protected Area
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation dated the 3rd day of September 2008, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be held for the purpose of a conservation park to be known as the Oteake Conservation Park.
