(a) "Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network service" (and its associated functions) that enables access to, and interconnection with, that part of Telecom’s local loop network (including any relevant line in the distribution cabinet) between an end-user’s building (or building distribution frame) and the handover point in a distribution cabinet (or equivalent facility):
northbound direction, commencing at a point 200 metres generally north of the southern abutment of the Auckland Harbour Bridge and extending in a generally northerly direction to a point 309 metres generally south of the northern abutment of the Auckland Harbour Bridge (Route Position 414/10.59 to Route Position 414/9.52); a distance of approximately 1.1 kilometres.
(b) "Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network co-location service" (and its associated functions) that provides co-location facilities for an access seeker’s equipment, and access to the handover point at Telecom’s distribution cabinet (or equivalent facility) for purposes of providing access to, and interconnection with, Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network (including any necessary supporting equipment); and
That part of the Auckland Northern Motorway section of State Highway No. 1 comprising lanes 1 and 2 of the easternmost box girder extension of the Auckland Harbour Bridge and approaches, in the southbound direction, commencing at a point 700 metres south of the northern abutment of the Onepoto Stream Bridge and extending in a generally southerly direction to a point 145 metres south of the southern abutment of the Auckland Harbour Bridge (Route Position 414/9.00 to Route Position 414/10.97); a distance of approximately 2 kilometres.
(c) "Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network backhaul (distribution cabinet to telephone exchange) service" (and its associated functions) that provides transmission capacity in Telecom’s network between the handover point in Telecom’s distribution cabinet (or equivalent facility) and the handover point in Telecom’s local telephone exchange (or equivalent facility), for the purposes of providing access to, and interconnection with, Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network (including any necessary supporting equipment).

Government Roading Powers Act 1989
Amendment to New Zealand Transport Agency Bylaw 2002/17* Bylaw Regulating Heavy Motor Vehicle Traffic on State Highways
Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, the New Zealand Transport Agency hereby amends the following bylaw.

This amendment shall come into force at midnight on Saturday, 1 August 2009.

The New Zealand Transport Agency Bylaw (Regulating Heavy Motor Vehicle Traffic on State Highways) 2002/17* is hereby amended by:
In the Fourth Schedule†, delete the first paragraph, and insert:
"That part of the Auckland Northern Motorway section of State Highway No. 1 comprising the outermost lane of the westernmost box girder extension of the Auckland Harbour Bridge, in the
southbound direction, commencing at the point where the off-ramp diverges from the Northern Motorway section of State Highway No. 1 near the southern abutment of the Auckland Harbour Bridge and extending in a generally southerly direction for a distance of 225 metres to the point where the off-ramp merges with the connection from Westhaven Marina in Auckland City."
This bylaw amendment was made by resolution passed at a meeting of Transit New Zealand held in Wellington on 2 July 2008.

Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002
Approval of Brake Testing Device
Pursuant to subclause 4.6(1) of Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002 ("the Rule"), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the New Zealand Transport Agency, I, Bruce Hamilton Currie, Senior Vehicle Engineer, hereby approve the brake testing device specified in the Schedule of this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements for light-vehicle brakes contained in the Rule.
