Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Bank of New Zealand (“the mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 15 June 2009, it entered into possession of property subject to a security agreement dated the 15th day of May 2008.

The secured property is described as:
Tables, chairs, couches, coffee grinders, fridges, freezers, miscellaneous cafe equipment and chattels secured to the mortgagee by C & J Coffee Enterprises Limited.

The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to these goods is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, 78 Worcester Street (PO Box 322), Christchurch.
