Osteopathic Council (Fees) Amendment Notice 2009

Pursuant to Part 6, section 130(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“HPCA Act”), the following notice is given.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Osteopathic (Fees) Amendment Notice 2009.

(2) This notice, to gazette changed practising certificate fees, comes into force on 1 April 2009.

  1. Fees—The Osteopathic Council sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the attached Schedule.

  2. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Schedule

Fees Payable $\
Application for an annual practising certificate if practising for:
– Full Year 450.00
– October to March 225.00
– January to March 112.50
– 3-month locum 112.50
Application for registration 675.00
Application to sit examination or re-sit examination (includes \$250.00 non-refundable component if an assessment of an applicant’s qualifications does not permit the applicant to sit the examination) 3,375.00
Application for examination review 1,125.00
  1. Revocation—The above notice revokes and replaces the previous notices issued by the Osteopathic Council since the commencement of the HPCA Act on 18 September 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 August 2004, No. 95, page 2401; New Zealand Gazette, 23 December 2004, No. 175, page 4424; New Zealand Gazette, 13 December 2007, No. 138, page 3635; New Zealand Gazette, 26 June 2008, No. 104, page 2787 and New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 2008, No. 131, page 3423.

Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003

Physiotherapy Board (Fees) Amendment Notice 2009

Pursuant to Part 6, section 130(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“the Act”), the Physiotherapy Board amends the fees notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 August 2004, No. 97, page 2450.

This amended notice sets out the fees to be charged by the Physiotherapy Board under the Act, from 1 April 2009.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapy (Fees) Notice 2009 and shall come into force on 1 April 2009.

  2. Fees—The Physiotherapy Board sets the fees and levies payable to the board specified in the Schedule to this notice.

  3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Fees Payable $\
The issue of a practising certificate under section 26 of the Act 250.00
The issue of an interim practising certificate under section 31 of the Act 250.00
