Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, Alexander Lockwood Smith, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that Richard Westwood Worth
has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives
effective at 9.00am on Tuesday, 16 June 2009, and that the
seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
