Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 3rd day of April 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 April 2009, No. 48, page 1180, by replacing the two mentions of

“accessway”

with the words

“service lane”.

“and shall vest in the Crown”

from item (b) of the recital.

Easements Acquired for Water Supply—Elsthorpe School, Central Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, rights to convey water easement in gross are acquired over the land described in the First Schedule to this notice from the grantors described in the Second Schedule to this notice, and shall contain the rights and powers set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and shall vest in the Crown as grantee on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
