Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CRANFORD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on 2 June 2009 at 11.22am.
