Road Realignment—State Highway 1, Long Swamp–Rangiriri, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information New Zealand, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1), declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and to be vested in the Hamilton City Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA58D/864 on the date of publication of this notice in New Zealand Gazette.
