Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Whangarei 2009, No. 1.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Land to be Declared Road, Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Arnould Street, Ahaura, Grey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Grey District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register WA8A/990, subject to an easement marked “A” on SO 416798.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register WA2C/1455.
