Road Realignment—Eureka Street and Bexley Road, State Highway 74, Christchurch City

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Christchurch City Council.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 26 February 2009 under minute number CL/FEB/158/09:

“That Lot 1 Deposited Plan 45517 and Lot 1 Deposited Plan 51246 (Computer Register NA4A/460), be declared to be Local Purpose (Community Buildings) Reserve in accordance with the requirements of section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977.”
