Notice of Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of Selwyn College (49) and Direction to Appoint a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989,

I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Selwyn College and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.
