Classification and Naming of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act and declares that the scenic reserve is to be known as the Totara Peak Scenic Reserve and added to the existing Totara Peak Scenic Reserve.

Classification of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (access) reserve for the purposes specified in section 23(1) of the Act.

Declaring a Service Lane Reserve to be Service Lane

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive of the Napier City Council hereby notifies that on 15 April 2009, the Napier City Council passed the following resolution:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 111 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council resolves that the land held by the Council in fee simple as a Service Lane Reserve and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and is hereby declared to be, a service lane.”

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive of the Napier City Council hereby notifies that on 15 April 2009, the Napier City Council passed the following resolution:

Reserves Classified—Whangarei City

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 22 April 2009:

“That pursuant to Section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Council hereby classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as Recreation Reserve.”
