Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, Alexander Lockwood Smith, Speaker of the House of
Representatives, give notice that Michael John Cullen has
resigned his seat in the House of Representatives effective
at 12.00 midnight on Thursday, 30 April 2009, and that the
seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
