Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Notice is given as follows:

  1. On 17 April 2009, GE Custodians ("as mortgagee" under the mortgage instrument 7428926.3) entered into possession of the mortgaged property owned by Yun Hee Hwang by taking physical possession of the property.

  2. The description of the property is 13 Nottingham Place, Northcross, North Shore City, and more specifically being all the land contained in Computer Freehold Register NA121B/153 (North Auckland Land Registry).

  3. The address of the mortgagee is at its registered office at 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland 1010.
