Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the company has not traded since 31 March 2008 and that the company has no assets or liabilities.

(b) Any objection to the removal must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 28 May 2009.
