It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, the directors having passed a resolution of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act.

The liquidators fix 7 May 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
