Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 129(1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, William Lindsay Tisch, Deputy Speaker of the House of
Representatives, give notice that Helen Elizabeth Clark has
resigned her seat in the House of Representatives for the
Mt Albert Electoral District with effect at 12.00 midnight
on Saturday, 18 April 2009, and that the seat is vacant by
reason of that resignation.

Dated at Matamata this 20th day of April 2009.
