Land Acquired for Right of Way and Right to Convey Water—Hall Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the right of way and right to convey water easement in perpetuity described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and further declares that the said covenant shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
