Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act Notice 2009—Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services

Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Stephen Bruce McKernan, Director-General of Health, give the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act Notice 2000—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“the principal notice”)*.

2. The Schedule to the principal notice is amended in respect of

“Area 14—Southland”

by adding the name and title

“Dr Alfred Dell’Ario, consultant psychiatrist, of Invercargill.”

Sentencing Act 2002

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Invercargill District Court on 16 December 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
