Amendment to the Open Season for Game in Fish and Game Regions
Pursuant to sections 15 and 16 of the Wildlife Act 1953, the Minister of Conservation amends the “Open Season for Game in Fish and Game Regions” notice, Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 2009, No. 32, at page 873 (Eastern Fish and Game Region):
For “Paradise shelduck”

In the second line in the column headed “Hunting Area” add after “Area B2” the words “That part of B1, which lies south of the true right bank of the Uawa River, Tolaga Bay”.

In the sixth line in the column headed “Season Duration” delete “30 Jan to 31 Jan 2010” and replace with “27 Feb to 28 Feb 2010”.
