Notice of Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of Richmond School, Napier (2665) and Appointment of a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Richmond School and appoint Rod Newson as commissioner to replace that board.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Richmond School are vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
