NLG INSURANCE LIMITED

Change of Rating

Pursuant to section 8(1) of the Insurance Companies (Ratings and Inspections) Act 1994, public notice is given that Fitch Ratings re-rated NLG INSURANCE LIMITED from “BB–” to a “B” on 30 March 2009.

The new rating of “B” is two rungs lower than the previous rating of “BB–” and moves the company from the bottom of the Moderately Weak range to the middle of the Weak range.

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of INVESTOR MINOR DWELLINGS LIMITED (a company that was struck off on 24 March 2006):

The sum of $5,904.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged on behalf of the shareholders of INVESTOR MINOR DWELLINGS LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to INVESTOR MINOR DWELLINGS LIMITED, subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 1 May 2009.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land
