Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003

Physiotherapy Board (Fees) Amendment Notice 2009

Pursuant to Part 6, section 130(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 ("the Act"), the Physiotherapy Board amends the fees notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 August 2004, No. 97, page 2450.

This amended notice sets out the fees to be charged by the Physiotherapy Board under the Act, from 1 May 2009.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapy (Fees) Notice March 2009 and shall come into force on 1 May 2009.

2. Fees—The Physiotherapy Board sets the fees and levies payable to the board specified in the Schedule to this notice.

3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
