Reserves Act 1977
Appointment of Board to Control and Manage Scenic Reserves
Pursuant to section 35 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation hereby appoints the Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve Board to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, as scenic reserve.

Change of Classification of Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager, Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, changes the classification of the reserves described in the Schedule from recreation reserves to local purpose (utility) reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Amendment to a Notice—Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Bay of Plenty Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice authorising the exchange of part of a reserve for other land dated the 11th day of November 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 November 2008, No. 177, page 4625, by omitting from the First Schedule in the notice
"Allotment 801"
and inserting in its place
"Allotment 810".
