Declaration that Land is a Reserve—Marlborough District
In exercise of the power conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 19 February 2009:
“That pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Marlborough District Council resolves to declare that the land vested and held in fee simple by the council and described in the Schedule, be declared local purpose (access) reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.”

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993
Setting Land Apart as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court the Māori freehold land that was set apart by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 1994, No. 70, page 2293, and described in the Schedule hereto, the purpose of the reservation is redefined to be for the use of the land as a marae and an urupā (270 square metres as shown on the plan held by the Tairawhiti Māori Land Court) for the benefit of the descendants of Ngapera.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of an urupā to be known as “Rangiurunga” for the common use and benefit of the whole of the Papawai Iwi.
