Land Acquired for Road—Whakamarama Road, Whakamarama, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Waitomo Valley Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and to vest in the Otorohanga District Council excluding all minerals reserved within the meaning of the Land Act 1924.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and to vest in the Otorohanga District Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA3B/485 subject to mortgages B373320.2 and B373320.3.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register 258748.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register 258746.

(f) Declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 258748.
