Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RO’S CLEANERS LIMITED following the retirement of Richard Williams as liquidator of the company on 12 March 2009 at 12.38pm.

The liquidation commenced on 8 July 2008 by order of the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
