5.2 No person may leave on the hunting ground the bodies or parts of bodies of Black swan or other game shot in the Otago Fish and Game Region.
5.3 Shooting from a boat is prohibited on the Clutha River on the opening weekend only.
5.4 Canada geese can be hunted during the closed season if an authorisation is obtained from the Otago Fish & Game Council.

7 Upland Game Properties with Special Conditions
7.1 Craigneuk: The area of Craigneuk Station with special conditions is described as Craigneuk and defined as approx 513 hectares of Craigneuk Station encompassing the three forks of Dingo Creek and marked on the boundaries with signposts. The property "Craigneuk Station" is owned by John and Judith Duncan.
7.2 Baldwyn Run: The area of Baldwyn Run with special conditions is described as Rough Ridge and is defined as approximately 1,200 hectares of Baldwyn Run at Roxburgh, which encompasses the area from the Clutha River in the south to the top of the Knobbies Range in the north and from Gordon Road in the east to Knobby Range Road above McNeish Road in the west, and extending down to approximately opposite Heron’s Cottage. The boundaries are marked with signposts. The property "Baldwyn Run" is owned by the Baldwyn Family Trust.
