Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity—Tekapo B Power Station, Mackenzie District
Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, and further declares, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the generation of electricity.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Kapiti Coast District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977
Cancellation of Vesting and Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in the Waimakariri District Council of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule and changes its classification from a recreation reserve to a Government purpose reserve.
