Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

To:Grant Reynolds, of 144 Ridge Road, Howick, Auckland, as liquidator of Mix Concrete Worx Limited (in liquidation), the owner of the property at 8A and 8B Norna Crescent, Highbury, Wellington.

FM Custodians Limited, being the mortgagee of the above-mentioned property, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of that land on the grounds that Mix Concrete Worx Limited (in liquidation) is in default under a mortgage of that land to FM Custodians Limited.
