Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL PLANNING LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 3 March 2009 at 9.26am, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.

The director had previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts.
