Land Acquired for Recreation Reserve and Road—19 St Johns Street, Christchurch City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaration That Land is a Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the North Shore Council at its meeting on 10 December 2008, declaring the parcels of land in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
