Notice of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

2. Product ruling No. 08/04 was issued on 18 December 2008. It relates to the leasing of a thoroughbred breed of horse by New Zealand Bloodstock Leasing Limited to customers for use in breeding bloodstock progeny. The ruling will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 21, No. 2, of March 2009.
