Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of OXFORD PRODUCTIONS NO.1 LIMITED, LOCKWOOD HOLDINGS LIMITED, CIC CROMBIE LIMITED and HALEM INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“the amalgamating companies”) give notice of an amalgamation proposal affecting each of the amalgamating companies.
OXFORD PRODUCTIONS NO.1 LIMITED will be the amalgamated (or surviving) company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom each of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the each of the amalgamating companies detailed below.
A shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom each of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation is entitled to be provided free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal by writing to the registered office of any of the amalgamating companies, detailed below, requesting a copy.

Application Under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
by Margaret Jean Connor as Trustee of the Wellington Nurses Education Trust Board (Incorporated)
Take notice that on Tuesday, 3 February 2009, an application was filed in the High Court at Wellington to wind up the Wellington Nurses Education Trust Board (Incorporated) and distribute its assets to the New Zealand Nursing Education and Research Foundation, pursuant to section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Tuesday, 24 March 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person desiring to oppose the application must, not less than seven clear days before the hearing date, give written notice of their intention to do so to:
(a) the Registrar of the High Court at Wellington;
(b) the trustee; and
(c) the Attorney-General.
The object of the trust is the promotion of the advancement of education and training of nurses and efficiency in the profession of nursing by and without limiting generality of the forgoing objects:
(a) Offering scholarships, prizes, grants, loans and financial assistance of all types to any nurse or student of nursing to enable him or her to take part in an educational course or courses at any college, technical institute, hospital, university or other place of education as the trustees in their sole discretion may decide;
(b) encouraging and supporting educational seminars and other like activities for the continuing education of nurses; and
(c) assisting with publications associated with activities set out in (a) and (b) above.
The applicant is Margaret Jean Connor as trustee of the Wellington Nurses Education Trust Board (Incorporated), whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill Lawyers, Level 4, The Bayleys Building, 28 Brandon Street, Wellington.
