Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 17 February 2009, we, Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, of BDO Spicers, Auckland, were appointed joint receivers of income of the properties of TAKAPUNA BEACH INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“the company”) at 53 and 55 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland, being more particularly described in Computer Freehold Register NA186/46 and NA15D/1098 (North Auckland Registry) (“the property”) and all rights attaching to the property and to exercise all other powers which a receiver may exercise under the mortgage, under any of the facility terms (as defined in the mortgage) or by the Receiverships Act 1993.

The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.

Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 16 February 2009, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of CATRA PROPERTIES LIMITED (in receivership) and ADMIRALTY LODGE INVESTMENTS (NO 2) LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in general security agreements dated the 19th day of October 2004 and the 1st day of April 2004 respectively, which property consists of all the companies’ undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
